Refund & Cancellation Policy

About billing: ParkingPro Cloud is operated by Abalon LLC (North Miami, Florida). PayPal payments are currently collected through the PayPal business account of Display Internacional SRL. You may see “Display Internacional SRL” in the PayPal checkout, transaction details, or payment receipt.

Starter plan: your first 14 days are free and no payment method is required. You create the account and start operating on day one; when the trial ends you decide whether to subscribe.

Pro and Enterprise Gate monthly plans: these are monthly subscriptions with the first 30 days free. The subscription is set up in PayPal from the start, so a payment method is approved, but no charge is made until those 30 days end. If you cancel before then, you are not charged anything.

Enterprise Gate Annual: billed up front from sign-up, with no free trial. Its protection is the 30-day money-back guarantee explained below.

Monthly subscriptions

Applies to Starter, Pro and Enterprise Gate monthly. You can cancel at any time from Administration → Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals. Once a paid period has begun, access continues through the end of that period; partial months are not refunded.

Enterprise Gate Annual

The one-time Enterprise Gate Annual includes a 30-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date. To request it, contact us with the account's access code and the PayPal transaction reference.

Sponsor Advertising add-on

On the Starter and Pro plans, the sponsor advertising space on tickets is a separate PayPal subscription at $49/month. You can cancel it independently without canceling your base ParkingPro subscription. Enterprise Gate, monthly and annual, includes it at no extra cost.

How to request a refund

Write to support@parkprocloud.com with your account's access code and the PayPal transaction reference. We reply through the same channel and, when a refund applies, it's returned to the same payment method used for the charge.
