Terms of Service

Last updated: August 9, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ParkingPro Cloud, you accept these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to accept them on its behalf.

2. The service

ParkingPro Cloud is software-as-a-service (SaaS) for managing parking lot operations: vehicle entry and exit, payment collection, register close-out, and issuing the tax receipt required for the business's country.

3. Accounts and plans

Access is organized by business (tenant), with one or more operators. Each plan defines how many registers/lanes can run at the same time. You can change plans at any time; the change applies to the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

Subscription payments are processed through PayPal. That transaction is governed by PayPal's own terms and conditions, not ours; we never receive or store your payment method details.

ParkingPro Cloud is operated by Abalon LLC. PayPal payments are currently collected through the PayPal business account of Display Internacional SRL. Buyers may see “Display Internacional SRL” in the PayPal checkout, transaction details, or payment receipt.

4. Tax responsibility

ParkingPro Cloud provides the technical tools to generate and number tax receipts according to the rules of each supported country. Responsibility for maintaining valid tax authorizations (for example, NCF sequences authorized by the DGII) and for meeting the business's own tax obligations rests exclusively with the client business.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activity.
  • Do not attempt to access data belonging to a business (tenant) other than your own.
  • Do not resell access to the platform without prior written authorization.

6. Data ownership

The operational data a business generates (entries, payments, reports) belongs to that business. It can request an export or deletion of its data at any time.

7. Service availability

The app is designed to keep working without an internet connection on the operator's device, syncing once it reconnects. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the cloud backend, though we work to keep uptime as high as possible.

8. Limitation of liability

ParkingPro Cloud is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including cash discrepancies caused by operator error.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Admin > Subscription. Cancellation takes effect immediately: you won't be charged for the next cycle. Payments already made are non-refundable, whether partial or in full. This applies whether you cancel mid-cycle on a monthly plan or cancel the subscription entirely. The 3-year license plan ("3-Year License") is likewise non-refundable past the initial trial period. Once the 3 years end, access is suspended and requires a new payment to continue using the platform.

10. Dispute resolution

Before filing any formal claim, both parties will try to resolve the dispute directly by writing to legal@parkprocloud.com. If no agreement is reached, any dispute arising from these terms or from use of the platform will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration instead of a lawsuit in court or a class action, except where the law of your jurisdiction doesn't allow waiving that right, in which case your local right controls.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without prejudice to any consumer-protection rights that may apply in the country where the client business operates.
