What ParkingPro Cloud is

ParkingPro Cloud is software for running parking lots and garages. It covers the whole shift: logging the vehicle in, calculating the stay on the way out, taking payment, handing over a receipt with the business’s tax and document number, and reconciling the drawer at close.

It runs on an Android phone or tablet and on the web. It needs no computer in the booth and no cabling, and it can print tickets and receipts on a compatible Bluetooth thermal printer.

Who runs it

ParkingPro Cloud is operated by Abalon LLC, based in North Miami, Florida. Day-to-day operations run from the Dominican Republic, and the terms of service are governed by the laws of that country, without prejudice to the consumer protection rights that apply where each customer operates.

Subscription charges are processed through PayPal, using the merchant account of Display Internacional SRL. That is the name you will see in the PayPal window and on the payment receipt. We never receive or store your payment method details.

Where it works

The platform is used across Latin America and the United States. These countries have a version with their own vocabulary, currency and invoicing rules:

Valet parking is offered as its own product across all of these markets, including a dedicated valet edition for the United States.

Connections to electronic invoicing providers are available in the app, at different stages of validation: the Dominican Republic (NCF and e-CF with the DGII), Mexico (CFDI with the SAT through Facturama or Facturapi), Guatemala (FEL through Digifact), Honduras (a CAI range authorized by the SAR), Panama (efacturapty with the DGI), Colombia (Alegra, filing with the DIAN), Peru (Nubefact, filing with SUNAT), Brazil (NFS-e through Focus NFe or PlugNotas), Paraguay (FacturaSend, filing with SIFEN), Chile (OpenFactura, filing with the SII), Argentina (ARCA) and Uruguay (CFE through FEU). Available is not the same as proven in production, and we would rather say so.

In every case the business connects its own account with the provider or the tax authority, and remains the issuer of record. ParkingPro never acts as a business's fiscal responsible party and never holds third-party certificates under an account of its own.

In Bolivia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Nicaragua, the United States and Venezuela the module runs in manual mode: the business issues its own document and the attendant types that number onto the receipt. The full operation works exactly the same: entry, charge, ticket and cash close. The tax name and rate printed on the receipt are yours to configure. Keeping tax authorizations current and meeting tax obligations remains each business's responsibility.

Three decisions that explain the product

It works without internet. Entries, exits and charges are written to the phone first and sync on their own once the signal returns. A booth with poor coverage does not stop the operation or lose records.

No PC in the booth. Plenty of lots have neither the space nor the budget for a dedicated computer. A mid-range Android phone and a Bluetooth printer are enough to operate.

The camera uploads nothing. Plate reading runs on the device itself. Images are never sent to or stored on our servers. The detail is in the privacy policy.

Pricing

Plans start at 39 USD per month and extend to Enterprise Gate at 149 USD per month or 1,499 USD annually. Starter includes a 14-day trial with no card required. You can create the account, configure the lot and start operating without talking to a salesperson.
