Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective August 9, 2026. ParkingPro Cloud is operated by Abalon LLC, North Miami, Florida.

Payment disclosure: PayPal payments are currently collected through Display Internacional SRL. That name may appear in the PayPal checkout, transaction details, or receipt.

Monthly plans: Your first 14 days are free. PayPal requires approval of a payment method, but no subscription charge is made until the trial ends. Cancel during the trial to avoid the first charge.

Monthly subscriptions

You may cancel at any time from Administration → Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals. After a paid billing period begins, access continues through the end of that period; partial months are not normally refunded.

3-Year License

The one-time 3-Year License includes a 30-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date. Contact support with the account access code and PayPal transaction reference.

Sponsor Advertising add-on

For Starter and Pro, Sponsor Advertising is a separate $49/month PayPal subscription. It may be canceled independently without canceling the base ParkingPro subscription. Enterprise and the 3-Year License include it at no extra cost.
